How can you reduce a federal drug charge sentence in Michigan?

Mandatory sentencing is just that, mandatory. Unless there is some way to make a plea agreement with the prosecuting attorney for a lessor charge. I know here in TX they classify the crime by the amount of drugs that the person had possession of over xx grams, under xx grams of xxx substance.

My heart goes out to you and your mom, but if there is mandatory sentencing, then the judges hands are tied. I suggest you and mom get together and pray that your brother learns from this and comes out a better and stronger person on the other side.

Generally by “co-operating” with the pigs–which means snitching and participating in the agents’ and prosecutors’ witness-tampering/perjury conspiracies.

Sounds like there is not much you can do.

He committed a criminal act that is considered to be very severe – so he gets a severe penalty.

If he was selling drugs, then he was ruining other people’s lives for money – he is not going to get much in the way of sympathy.
