Addicts I know say that once they mainline it heroin consumes their lives. If must try it, smoke it or snort it but avoid shooting it up.

Dude you are pressing your luck on this one. You are seeking to tempt faith with drugs. This is where everyone who has ever been addicted to anything starts……..oh I only did it once or twice I can stop anytime and I have it under control……….you may now but keep along this path and I can guarantee you that you wont in the end……………..I know I live with addicts ………..same old story I have heard from everyone of them……………..they still believe it and yes they say the same things as you and they been doing drugs for years but they think they only do it two or three times and that it aint harmful…….ummmmmmmmmm yep it is…maybe not to them but to the family that loves them and cant help them……..ever seen the face of a child who waits for his dad to show up on christmas day but for the third year in a row cant because he is to wasted too and stops believing in santa becaus the only thing the kid has wished for is for his dad to visit him and not do drugs on xmas day?Go to a shelter……..check it out and then tell me that one isnt too many!

I have done a lot of drugs… I’m an addict but heroin scares the crap out of me. Although I have done it but only twice and the first time was an accident it was mixed with meth and I did not know till after I did it… Anyways…. I will never do it again because my best friend did it one time and she died. I am not lying or just trying to scare you. It happened a year and a half ago and it’s still on my mind every day… I think what if that was me…. Or why was it not me. She was only 23. So, you may not become addicted the first time you do it but you could die. You never know whats in it. Sometimes bad strands get out. There was a bad bach out at one point when I was living in SF and lots of people died. Everybody that I known that does H is either dead, crazy or very addicted and will probably die soon. Heroin kills you. No joke! Please please please don’t do it…. Have your fun but not with heroin

Once a person has felt the effects of “The easier, softer way,” they will go back to it.
Also you never know what is in it. One fairly common additive it is cut with is brick dust which scrapes against the heart valves damaging them when the drug is injected.

heroin is very addictive, my so-called mate is on it. He not the same person as he was before. Don’t do it, not worth it.

Addiction is something that grows over time.
You can’t get addicted to something EVER to the first time you try it, no matter what anybody else tells you.
However, you CAN be like “Holy **** that was AMAZING I wanna do it again, just once more because it was so nice! Once more..”
Then you do it another time and say “Well if I get one more hit it won’t be addicting..”
Do it again, then you keep saying “One more time..” until that addiction DOES build up enough to control your life.
If you think you can do it a couple times and let go of it, then go ahead.
If you think you won’t be able to stop yourself if it ends up being the best feeling in the world, then don’t.
