you dont eat cocaine, so thats not bad for your liver… same with marijuana, heroin yes only if its delivered through a needly straight into ur blood, meth no, shrooms possibly sinse its considered not a drug, but food poisoning, ecstasy yes its a pill delivered straight into your stomache, then alchohol is the worst it destroys ur liver faster then anything elese.
