whats wrong with you, you are just at fault as they are. you tell the police and let them deal with it. that is why they are there. why let a girl get raped without helping her and reporting it.

I know exactly what you mean. my boyfriend used to live in a house like that. He rented a room and every night i would come over it was just discusting. i would go into the bathroom and there would be glass pipes just all over needles just laying around so i held it that day. So finally he was able to save and now we have our own apartment.

All u have to do is call the police and let them know theres drug use, people are coming and going all night and you know there are minners there under the influence…there be there in about 5 minutes.

In Newfoundland Canada, they burnt a Crack house down and chased the druggies away. When the community is no longer prepared to tolerate criminals in their midst the criminals are gone. if you can’t do that report them to the ATF.

Call – or go visit – your local police – ask to speak with someone in the drug division. explain it to the officer. the officer will either give you a number to call when there is a lot of activity going on or will put the place under surveylance or both……
i dont mind a little drinking or a little pot for someone who is mature and responsible, pays their bills, takes care of their family and home – but that other **** has got to stop.
you will be doing a good service for your community and also helping those idiots.
you can remain annonomus.
you are doing the right thing.

If you live in Florida,they sit on their butts an do nothing.Get a camera and start recording some of the crap going on.Go to the head of law enforcement ,not the paid little s–ts.They only want to put their time in and go home.If this doesn’t work ,take your recording to State Attorneys office.I’m sure a lot of them are on Probation ,for one reason or another.

Such craziness!

I know there are people out there who believe that if you’re not a part of the solution, you’re a part of the problem – BUT, sometimes situations like these end up taking care of themselves.

My personal rule is that one should never call the police on anyone unless you want to leave with the police yourself. Many people tend to forget that just because you call the police, doesn’t mean you’re exempt from arrest, as well… Especially in a situation like this.

Anyhow, like I was saying before, I realize you want your payback and retribution and so forth, but if they are as irresponsible and brazen as you make them seem, their time will come. Problems like this REALLY do tend to take care of themselves.

For example: I currently know of a kid who was selling drugs, robbing people, and taking their money, and various other scandalous activities. There were a lot of people in the community who wanted him off the streets, because he was just a menace to everyone who crossed his path. The one time he tried to do something responsible (he left his drugs in a friend’s car, and wrote a letter claiming full responsiblity for the contraband to the police and judges who were prosecuting the friend who got busted with his drugs), he wound up with a couple of felony warrants and eventually got caught up and landed in jail. So, in a manner of speaking, that problem pretty much resolved itself. He ended up in jail, and now the only people he has to worry about are the people in jail he might’ve screwed over in the past. =) Er, at least til he gets out, anyway. Haha.

But anyhow… I digress… If they have enough traffic at their residence, and there continue to be complaints about the sort of goings on there, like rape, etc., the problem should resolve itself over time. I think for the example I cited, all that stuff happened, and three weeks or so later, he was in the clink.

For something like the rape, though, that might be a serious enough offense for local law enforcement to investigate, and eventually get a warrant to search the place and question the residents. Hearsay, or anonymous crime tips alone are really NOT enough to get the police to bust them. The police can only be aware of the activity at that location and attempt to investigate those allegations… That could take forever… However, since you say a girl was raped there, SHE definitely COULD file a police report. That might be enough to either get them to chill out on their criminal activity and scare them straight, or at least get law enforcement to pay attention to that particular location. Heck, they might even end up getting interviewed by the police, to find out what happened the night of the rape…

Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t encourage snitching on ANYONE. I dont believe in that at all, because I know what comes around goes around. I despise snitches. But, one has to draw the line somewhere. If a girl was raped there, that is kind of stepping above and beyond any sort of honor among thieves that people who live in the underground world of drugs may uphold. Snitching is not really an option, because it won’t do you any good anyway. You need to really look at the bigger picture. If you’re using and drinking and corrupting minors yourself, you cant’ really start pointing your finger at other people, because you’re just as bad and guilty as they are. You need to think about what you have to lose, and what there would be to gain by ratting these people out to law enforcement. Are you willing to live your life looking over your shoulder because some convicted-felon is mad that you got his house busted? Because, it’s important to remember that drug offenders do EVENTUALLY get out.. Usually… Do you want to worry about your family being victims of a retaliation attempt? Being a tattletale isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. For something like this, you’re not gonna get to be in the Witness Protection Program…

I know all that sounds really extreme, but I’m trying to help you see my point of view…

I really think your only two options are: Give them enough rope to hang themselves, or encourage the rape victim to file a report. She shouldn’t have to be worried about “protecting” their interests. They turned her into a victim, and if they were worried about protecting their drug house, they should have given more thought to what might happen to them if they started raping girls IN their drug house.

You get a bunch of your friends together, post at least 3 and each door and 1 at each window. Stand guard at each exit and then call the cops. Do not let any of them leave or discard anything through the windows. When the cops arrive, tell them what you saw and tell them what you heard. If they don’t do anything about it, then you get a neighborhood protest together. If that doesn’t work, wait outside with a baseball bat and beat the fu** out of each and every one of them as they arrive or leave. LOL
