I’m 17 and have done Salvia Divinorum. I have smoked weed as well, but as many educated peers these days that i know also stick to organic stuff like marijuana, salvia, and maybe shrooms if theyre daring enough to break the law to that extent. (I personally don’t involve myself with anything that’s not decriminalized. DEFINITELY, no cocaine, crack, acid, pcp, meth, heroine, ecstasy…. none of that shit. Those drugs are what will turn you into a real dysfunctional person.) I’m not a “Salvia-head”, and even though i have a job, i definitely wont spend all my money on Salvia and can prioritize my paycheck money with ease. I’m not addicted at all. Rarely, maybe when i do have spendable money, i will start to smoke Salvia since i can buy an ounce online incredibly cheap, mostly just to sell since it’s not only legal, but unbelievably overpriced in stores. I mean it’s not dealing if you’re selling legal herbs right? My question is should it be?

I mean, if you have the information on it, that its a psychoactive herb that can alter your vision and whatnot slightly, making you “trip” i mean how many people are gonna spark up their bongs/bubblers(which can get pretty big and teteous to do on-the-go..) on their way to work in the car? i mean really public use should be illegal like public intoxication but to a much higher penalty, but really it has no addicting chemicals in it, and if u wanna talk about addiction im talking about withdrawal symptoms after “quitting” or “stopping” not addiction like how i could live off pizza every meal. Should it be illegal? I think 18 and up should be the age, like cigarettes. I figure the govt. should just tax it and maybe try to regulate it. But banning it is not the answer, as i feel like it has slightly allowed me to think completely out of the box 100x easier. Embrace, don’t hate, USA. What do you guys think?

And if you would like to talk about past experiences id like to hear about people who’ve done it more than once. The first time was a shock to me too, that that kind of legal herb could do such things to my mind when ingested. But after the next few times i got used to NOT being in full control for a bit and it got a lot better just watching the visions create themselves. Humans have smoked herbs socially and for recreational purposes for centuries… why should we stop now? Free time is free time. I like finally having something fun to do that doesn’t harm anyone.

When I was 19 I through a party when my parents were out of town. Everything was going great. Then I hear this banging noise and a girl crying. I knocked on the bathroom door this girl who I didn’t know opened up. Her boyfriend was beating on her.. bad.. They were fighting over she smoked all his Crack Cocaine. I did not know there was drug use going on other than alcohol. I kicked him out and drove her home. When she got home her parents were obviously very upset and called the police. 5am in the morning the police kick down my door and haul everyone 18 and over to jail. 30 days later I get out of jail and go to court. I pleaded innocent, but my Attorney told me to plead down to a lesser charge of Summary harrassment. Initial charge was aggrevated assault. He said she could get on the stand and start crying and that could be bad for everyone. So the man who beat her got 90 days in jail and I pleaded guilty to Summary harrassment. Can this interfere with future job employment?

Dad is 81 and wife is 46. Dad married her 2 years ago and she is just using him for money. She has put him in the hole with bad checks for crack cocaine and booze. I’m his only son and I used to date her, that’s how they meet (please don’t say it, I messed up).

She gave up her social security checks to marry Dad. Dad retired from a big company and she gets his benefits after 2 years (time is up). He didn’t know she would lose her benefits if they married, I wasn’t told about the marriage till 1 month afterwards. His had a stroke and can’t talk, she got power of attorney.

She has him setting in nursing home waiting for him to pass. He gets 12 thousand death benefits for burial. She plans on creamation and spending the rest. Dad has a plot in another state next to my Mother and he has told me he wants to be put there.

He has a will that was made out in 1977 that makes me executor. It has never been changed. Do I have say about what happens to him or does she? I need a lawyer.
She got power of attorney after he had stroke. She had people witness it as his intentions. He really can’t communicate so this is questionable to as he understood or not.

After Mom died, we changed beneficiary to me on company death benefits. The first thing she did was to change it to herself after they was married.

We are living in a Common Wealth if that makes any difference.
She will get his retirement wages and health insurance the rest of her life. I don’t care about that.

The only thing that I want is for my Dad to be next to my Mom when the time comes.

This will cost money and that is what the burial insurance is for. She thinks the 12 thousand bucks is for her to have. She wants the cheap way of creamation and that’s it.

If she would have him put next to My Mom, she can keep whatever is left over. I’m broke but money doesn’t matter to me.

I’d like to know if having the will, is this enough to tie her money up, legally. I know that she will get a lawyer and so will I. If she won’t put Dad next to Mom, I’d rather the lawyers have the money than her using it for crack. I’d challenge her to a drug test which she wouldn’t pass.

She has made my Dad happy the last few years and I couldn’t ask more. She just needs to do the right thing when the time comes. She has changed since he had the stroke, has a could careless attitude.

He did this out of lonelyness and I don’t believe that he would of married her if he was thinking right. He was in an easy position to be talked into things. This was not the first Crack wh^@$ that played on him. The first one got over $50,000 out of him and he was wanting to marry her also (only after knowing her for less than a month). She went to prision so she was out of his life.

I know what him and Mom wanted done after they passed. We had several long talks about this before Mom went.
