Dear cnn, Do you think this judge lost her mine?Case#06-30743-na 3360 Hospital Rd. Saginaw MI.48603?

handydandysims asked:

Presently, I in a court process where the judge ruled to continue placement of my children with their mother in a rehab facility. She has been placed there for a variety of charges of substance abuse (crack-cocaine,marijuana, alochol and so on) child neglect, sex abuse by her and three of her relatives done to all 3 of my kids (I beleive already convicted of there crime). Some of these occurances have happened while she has been placed in a rehab facility called the oddeysse. It took the courts and human Services almost twelve months to just as much to reach me with the news of what had happend to my kids. I mean She was placed there in 01/06 in 12/06 I received a letter from the courts stating that they where abused and where my kids where located. Upo reading these documents I realized that some of the occurances where happening at there current place. The only thing the judge could throw on me,(to have child custody) is the fact that I am unemployed. whats wrong here??????

Being sentenced in federal court, how much time does a point equal to when reducing your sentence?

Nikki asked:

My boyfriend is being federally charged with crack cocaine posession. We are doing everything we can to get his sentence reduced, but his time is calculated on a point system. Several points have been taken off of his snetence but I’m really not sure how much time one point is worth.
