First, I’m 18 years currently living in Florida. I was with my friend on the beach and Police stopped us and they found him a small amount of crack on cocaine, However; They did NOT find me nothing on me when the searched me. They wrote me a report and charged me with possession of cocaine. This was very unfair. Also, my criminal record is clean, and was in DEP in the military. I need help, What should I do?
