Can Florida’s Baker Act “take someone away” for drug addiction?
My cousin has an addiction problem to crack cocaine. She will not go to rehab. Can I have the local authorities come and Baker Act my cousin and have her “taken away” to get treatment for her crack addiction problem?

What’s the best way to get someone off crack for good ?
No its not me…..some people get in too deep with this drug and constantly want to end their lives ! Rehabs/hospitals don’t have and magic solutions. At NA, you’d be lucky to have 4 % succeed ! Got any ideas ? Prayer definately helps if they remember to do so.
J , the 1st answerer, obviously isn’t a Christian !

What are the effects of crack cocaine use by the FATHER on unborn children?
I have a child I’m working with whose father regularly drank and smoked crack. I have not been able to find any information about the affect of his habit on the child.
Please be serious, and if you have them, post websites so I can research this myself.
Thanks for the information but, the child is 6 1/2 years old so this isn’t a fertility issue.
Could his drug use damage the sperm and possibly cause some learning disabilities?
She isn’t around her father now and is not likely to be anytime soon.

Is there a difference between crack cocaine and cocaine powder?
I was watching something the other day. I know that one is a rock and the other is a powder, but why does it take 5 grams of crack to get a minimum of 5 years, but 500 grams of cocaine to get the same sentence? Do I have wrong information?
Thanx enlightenedsista. I
I knew it had to be something like that.
polobo
I know that but why so high for cocaine powder?
Thanx Rich S for showing the “other” side.
Thanx a_uk_chap. It’s in the United States.

Down right wrong?
I am absolutely enraged by this maltreatment I have encountered with the devilish legal system. Ugh, here, let me explain; my boyfriend is a highly educated individual who is also highly respected within the Tenderloin district in San Francisco because he is a sophisticated drug lord. My boyfriend is a honest and trustworthy black male who graduated from San Francisco State University and obtained his PhD, yet, my boyfriend encountered some difficulties surviving comfortably having to support his entire family, financially. Because financially, my boyfriends “gasping on one income” could not support a family of eight, my heart holder, found a boosting financial opportunity within slang n’ mountains of recreational happiness between humans, and to be a slight bit more specific; crack cocaine distributing over a PhD income was substantially reasonable. Like I said, my boyfriend is educated and were not out to hurt anyone. We want what’s best for our children. Note: People have the right to be sober if that’s what they choose, and people also have the freedom of choice to have fun whether it’s an adrenaline from a super dangerous roller coaster or a drug of choice. My boyfriend does not by any means contribute to minors.
Anyway, a racist cop pulled my boyfriend over just as he was busting a move without probable cause. The cop simply pulled him over only to harass him by asking to see his ID, when in following, asked my boyfriend whether he can search his vehicle. My boyfriend already knew if he were to refuse that crooked from searching our bucket, the cop would have pulled some “resisting” crap on him. So, the cop searched our commuter car and found his “weight”. This is completely unfair because in the first; the cop pulled him over without reason. And two; because his black, automatically he’s a target. If it weren’t for his ethnicity this would have never been unjust.
My question is: “If” we hire a well known lawyer within ‘Pope Position’, we would have more of a chance in the courts dropping our case due to the fact that this “earning stripes RACIST kind of cop” had absolutely no means in approaching my boyfriend from the omega?
I just don’t know what to do. I would hate for my boyfriend to leave me and the kids. He just did what he had to do to support us….
